TALIA RECOMMENDS

Friends and readers often ask me what I read. There is nothing greater for me than immersing myself in a captivating book, being drawn by the words and then carried away to a new land. Yet, I rarely have enough time to read; my waking hours are overwhelmed with researching, studying, editing and writing.

In each of my reading spots around the house I keep books I have started. However, my attention is easily hijacked by the next book, and therefore I do not finish most books. But those that draw me back all the way to the finish line--oh, how I cherish them! I am filled with delight at the finding. I remember the sentences where I had last left the book and look forward to returning to that spot.

To keep track of the books I manage to read to the end, I've been entering my notes as an Amazon reviewer. So here is the link to my reviews for books that have captured my awe as a writer and my imagination as a reader.
